We take extra precautions when it comes to protecting the insulation on the bottom of the machine from getting wet from condensation and water leaks. We have protected the bottom with a polyethylene plate drain/tub system to ensures the foam underneath the bottom plate doesn't saturate over time. Giving your machine longevity compared to other brands which need to be refurbished because of this saturation within 3 - 5 years.
